As a reminder, you must meet the following criteria to qualify for surrogacy: 

  • Reside in the U.S. and have U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
  • Be between ages 21 and 42
  • BMI maximum 32
  • Have given birth to at least one child you are currently raising
  • Have not had more than two C-sections
  • Have a history of healthy pregnancies and good health
