I will never forget that night you called! It was the start of something very special and very life altering! I knew that night on the phone that you touched me deeper than anyone had in a long time. I felt peace and comfort. I didn’t feel afraid anymore. I couldn’t explain it, I just knew that this was it. Our journey had begun. I remember being so nervous to meet our Surrogate Angel. You see I’m a very introverted person. I keep to my family and my closest friends. It’s my comfort zone. But this just felt right.

I knew I had to get through the awkward beginning and that things would get more comfortable. I trusted my gut and kept going. I remember driving to meet her that night. Feeling like I was going to be ill. My husband kept saying it's ok to take a deep breath. My best friend called to say that our surrogate would be as nervous as I was. It was ok. I seriously felt sick. Then I saw her and we hugged and it all went away. Every nerve in my body calmed. I felt like I had known her my whole life. I can’t describe that night to you but it was another life altering event for me. I had hope!!

My relationship with our Surrogate has grown much deeper than surrogacy. She is like a sister to me. Honestly this journey is filled with lots of personal emotional moments. Moments you thought you’d only share with your husband. Moments that forever change your life. And my moments just wouldn’t be the same without her. I couldn’t have climbed this mountain alone and there is no one else I would have wanted to climb it with.

I actually now wake up everyday thankful for my losses, grateful for my journey. Because it is those losses and this journey that have brought me my amazing children and an extension of my family I can’t imagine life without. So thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You gave me these gifts!! And for that I am eternally grateful!!

We had a wonderful experience and would have to say without a doubt that your agency had the best staff and service levels. From the beginning we were treated with respect and confidentiality, making us feel like we were the only customer you were dealing with, which we knew was not the case. Each staff member that we came in contact with was courteous, thorough, and friendly, while also processing our paperwork and requests promptly. Overall the process went very smoothly and you and your staff made us feel like we were a member of your family.

As you know first hand, going through the egg donation process as a recipient is an emotional journey, mainly what you experience getting to this point, and you and your staff made us feel right at home. I can see why you have wonderful relationships with your donors as well as your customers.

How do you thank someone for volunteering to give the gift of life? There’s no format for such a letter. There’s no greeting card from Hallmark (at least not yet). So instead, we’ll just tell you from our hearts how enormously lucky we feel to have connected with you.

Our whole experience in Los Angeles was a beautiful one for us, and you put it all together! We really feel we were meant to find our donor that has helped us build our family. Our first two choices had already been selected, but in that time Katie had joined you and she was the perfect choice for us.

Infertility is emotionally draining enough. Trying to find a suitable donor felt like a daunting voyage into completely uncharted territory.
